Our childcare customer portal has been experiencing some technical issues since August 4, 2021. This only impacts any new customers that registered to the childcare customer portal or changed any demographic information after August 4, 2021. Example: New registration, address, phone numbers, or emails, these updates will not be reflected in the childcare customer portals until the technical issues are resolved. Existing customers can still send information through the portal. processing of eligibility will still continue, however some of the updates made after 8/4/2021 will not show in your account until issue is resolved. Our team is working hard to resolve this issue quickly. We’re truly sorry for this interruption.
